Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order amount required.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. After shipping, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package status at any time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong items received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@biggerjoy.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Are your products brand new?
Yes. All products sold at Bigger Joy are brand new and in their original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Does free shipping include installation?
No. Free shipping covers delivery to the address provided at checkout. Installation, assembly, and in-home delivery services are not included.
